Semaglutide

FDA-approved for weight management, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular risk reduction, kidney disease. May be used off-label for cravings, substance use, and compulsive behaviors.*

Tirzepatide

FDA-approved for weight management, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular risk reduction, sleep apnea. May be used off-label for cravings, substance use, and compulsive behaviors.*

Orforglipron

FDA-approved for weight management. May be used off-label for cravings, substance use, and compulsive behaviors.*

Naltrexone

FDA-approved for alcohol use disorder and opioid use disorder. Helps reduce cravings  and effects of alcohol and opioids.

Bupropion

Extended release version FDA-approved for smoking cessation. May be used off-label for other substance use disorders.*

Mirtazapine

FDA-approved for major depressive disorder. May be used off-label for stimulant use disorder and insomnia.*

Varenicline

FDA-approved for smoking cessation. Helps reduce nicotine cravings.

Topiramate

FDA-approved for epilepsy and migraines. May be used off-label for alcohol use disorder. *

Nicotine Replacement Therapy

FDA-approved options for smoking cessation. Patches, gum, and lozenges.

Acamprosate

FDA-approved for alcohol use disorder. Helps reduce alcohol cravings.
